When our waitlist becomes active, we will collect only email addresses for the purpose of notifying interested parties about our launch.

• Account data: Retained while your account is active
• Embedding profiles: Deleted within 30 days of account closure
• Usage logs: Retained for 90 days for billing and debugging
• Billing records: Retained as required by law (typically 7 years)

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We may share information only in these limited circumstances:

• With service providers who assist in operating our platform (cloud infrastructure, payment processing)
• To comply with legal obligations or valid legal requests
• To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice)

8. Your Content and Embeddings

Your data is yours. Content you embed remains your property. We:

• Do not use your content to train models without explicit consent
• Do not share your embeddings or search queries with third parties
• Provide export capabilities for your data
• Delete your data upon account closure as specified above

9. Cookies and Tracking (Planned)

Upon launch, we plan to use only essential cookies:

• Authentication cookies: To keep you logged in
• Session cookies: To maintain service functionality

We do not plan to use:

• Third-party advertising cookies
• Social media tracking pixels
• Cross-site tracking
