What draws from your balance

Category	What it covers
Compute	Tokens processed for embeddings (including multi-layer passes) and optional LLM-assisted chunking.
Storage	Vectors retained over time and associated metadata for retrieval.
Queries	Vector searches and retrieval operations (k-NN, filters, reranking).
Egress	Data exports and bulk downloads beyond standard use.

Multi-layer embeddings draw from your balance as separate compute operations. Full rate details available in your dashboard.

Balance, taxes, and refunds

Prepaid balance: add funds in $10, $25, $50, or $100 increments. Your balance never expires.
Taxes: applicable taxes, VAT, and similar assessments may apply depending on jurisdiction.
Refunds: unused balance is refundable on demand and on account closure. See Refund Policy.
