Refund Policy

Unused funds are refundable.

If you pre-fund an Enscribe account balance, any unused funds are refundable on demand and on account closure. This policy is intended for usage-based billing of Enscribe services.

Policy summary

All unused prepaid funds will be refunded upon request and upon account closure.

What “unused funds” means

“Unused funds” are the remaining, unconsumed portion of prepaid amounts (for example, token bundles or prepaid usage credits) that have not yet been applied to metered usage.

  • Refunds apply to the remaining prepaid balance at the time the refund is processed.
  • Already-consumed usage and already-earned charges are not “unused funds.”

Refund method and timing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, we will coordinate an alternative method.
  • Processing times vary by payment provider and banking rails.

Taxes, VAT, and third-party processing fees may be non-refundable to the extent they were already remitted or assessed.

Account closure

When you close your account, we will refund any unused prepaid funds and apply any final charges for usage already incurred. Data export and deletion are governed by your agreement and our Privacy Policy.
